New Delhi: The North Delhi Municipal Corporation will place complaint/ suggestion boxes at all hospital entrances under its jurisdiction, an official said here Tuesday.
"Officials have been directed to place the suggestion/complaint box at the entrances of Hindu Rao Hospital, Rajan Babu Tuberculosis Hospital, Maharshi Valmiki Hospital, Kasturba Hospital and Girdhari Lal Hospital so that citizens can register their suggestions or complaints," Mohan Bhardwaj, NDMC standing committee chairman said.
"This will bring greater transparency and accountability and also give the citizens one more option to interact with the officials," added Bhardwaj.
Suggestion/complaint boxes would also be placed at the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee civic centre and the office of the standing committee chairman.
"We will ensure that the complaints/suggestions posted in these boxes are addressed on time and we appeal to the citizens to make use of this service without any hesitation," he said.
