New Delhi: It was a pleasant Monday morning in the capital, with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.3 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, an official said.
The weather office forecast a cloudy but warm day. "A partly cloudy sky is expected. The day will be warm," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
Maximum humidity for the day recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 65 percent.
