New Delhi: A warm and cloudy on Sunday morning greeted Delhi, a day after showers cooled the city. The Met department has forecast a rise in day temperature.
The capital recorded a minimum of 17.4 degrees Celsius - five notches above the normal for this time of the season.
"Skies will remain partly cloudy. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told a news agency.
Humidity was recorded at 92 percent.
Heavy showers lashed the capital Saturday, bringing down the day temperature to four degrees below the normal at 25.2 degrees. Delhi received 18 mm of rainfall during the day.
