DDA will hold a nine-day camp starting July 1, exclusively for disposal of pending cases of leasehold-to-freehold properties under its jurisdiction, the urban body said on Friday.

New Delhi: The DDA will hold a nine-day camp starting July 1, exclusively for disposal of pending cases of leasehold-to-freehold properties under its jurisdiction, the urban body said on Friday.
The camp will be held at Nagrik Suvidha Kendras (NSKs) of the DDA established in its various zones in the city.

In its last camp held at the Vikas Sadan from May 26 to June 4, a huge response was received, the DDA said in a statement.

For DDA flats, group housing flats, cooperative house building society plots and residential plots dates have been allotted colony-wise.

For Dwarka and West Delhi, the camp will be held for 2 days on July 1 and July 2 at NSK Dwarka, it said.

For Rohini, Central and North Delhi it will be held on July 3 to 5. For the entire trans Yamuna area it will be for 2 days on July 7 and 8 and for Central and South Delhi it will be held on July 9.

For industrial and commercial estates of all areas, the camp will be held on July 7 and for old scheme branch and commercial land, for all areas, it will be held on July 8.

Applications where cases are pending on account of policy decisions, which have not been finalised yet, like non-availability of sanctioned building plans or where the property is mortgaged or the cases are pending with various investigating agencies etc, will not be dealt with, it said.
