"Delhi Government has to be concerned about this lurking
danger. Her statement that Delhi Government does not have
expertise to combat such incident is not acceptable," Malhotra
Malhotra also said no independent probe is possible if
Vice Chancellor of the Delhi University Deepak Pental

the Vice-Chancellor comprises his friends... Such a committee
