New Delhi: Delhi woke up to a warm morning on Saturday with the minimum temperature settling at 26 degrees Celsius, two notches below the average for the season.
"The skies would be mainly clear. The day is likely to remain hot," said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
"The maximum and minimum temperatures would stay around 41 and 28 degrees Celsius," he added.
Humidity stood at 76 percent.
The maximum temperature recorded on Friday was 39.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below what is the average for this day of the season.
