Delhi police constable files defamation case against Kejriwal over 'thulla' remark

A Delhi police constable on Wednesday filed a criminal defamation case in Delhi's Saket court against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for referring to the state's policemen as ' thulla'.

New Delhi: A Delhi police constable on Wednesday filed a criminal defamation case in Delhi's Saket court against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for referring to the state's policemen as ' thulla'.

The constable claimed that he was insulted by Kejriwal's remark.

The complaint further said that Kejriwal has intentionally insulted the entire police force of the national capital "as a whole and caused unnecessary provocation to the police personnel in Delhi".
