New Delhi: Senior police officials of South-East Delhi and the city`s border districts met on Thursday to discuss several matters including better coordination among the force.
The district level Inter-State Coordination Meeting
was held at South-East District office and was chaired by Ajay
Chaudhry, Additional CP (South-East).
The meeting discussed issues like intensive tenants`
verification in view of forthcoming Independence Day, steps
required to be taken to contain criminal activities and
highway robbers and assistance for the arrest of proclaimed
offenders among other things.
Officials from Faridabad and Noida Police attended the
meeting in which steps to tackle smuggling of illicit liquor,
sharing information on unclaimed vehicles, joint patrolling checking at border pickets and surveillance and verification
of criminals were discussed.
