New Delhi: Delhi is set to witness another hot day Sunday with the maximum temperature expected to hover around 44 degrees Celsius. However, there is a possibility of thunderstorm towards the night, an official said.
The capital recorded a minimum of 25.6 degrees, a notch below the average for this time of the season.
"There will be a clear sky. But there is a possibility of thunderstorm in some parts of the capital," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The weather officials expect the heat wave conditions to continue for the next few days but they said the day temperatures will be below the 45 degree mark.
