New Delhi: Delhiites continued to reel
under hot and humid conditions with maximum temperature
hovering over 43 degree Celsius while the minimum touched
33.7, the second highest this season.
Today maximum temperature was one degree less than
yesterday`s but five notches above the normal level.
Yesterday`s minimum was 32.6 degrees.
On June 2, the capital recorded a minimum temperature
of 34 degrees, the highest this season.
The humidity remained high, oscillating between 51 and
20 per cent. The city people bore the brunt of the soaring
heat and high humidity levels. The city has been witnessing
the gruelling heat conditions for the last few days.
The Met department has forecast partly cloudy sky,
with light rains or thundery development expected at isolated
placed towards evening and night for tomorrow.
