New Delhi: Four minor boys were apprehended in the capital for their alleged involvement in a series of robberies, police said on Friday.
The juveniles were apprehended from north-west Delhi`s Shah Alam Bandh yesterday.
Two juveniles were caught by police after a chase while two others were apprehended later.
"They had looted the purse and mobile phone of a man named Shahbuddin. Two of them were arrested after a chase," a senior police official said. "All of them are very poor and have no source to earn livelihood.?In order to meet their daily requirements and to earn their livelihood they formed this gang to rob the people during odd hours of the day," the official said.
