New Delhi: Hundreds of students, accompanied by family members of those killed in the Parliament House terrorist attack Dec 13, 2001, Saturday took out a march in the capital, demanding immediate hanging of Mohammed Afzal Guru, who has been held guilty in the case.

The march, organised two days before the ninth anniversary of the terror attack, was led by All India Anti-Terrorist Front chairman MS Bitta, who said the government should show "seriousness" while tackling the menace of terrorism and hang Guru as soon as possible.

"The government has to show some seriousness while tackling terrorism. What is the war against terrorism when the incidents such as the Mumbai attack and Varanasi blast continue to happen?" Bitta asked while addressing the marchers at the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi district.

Nine security personnel lost their lives while fighting terrorists who attacked Parliament House.

Bitta said none of the family members of the attack victims would take part in a memorial service planned at Parliament House Dec 13 until the government took a concrete decision on Guru's hanging.

Instead, the victims' family members would visit the Amar Jawan Jyoti (the flame of the immortal soldier) at India Gate to pay homage to the martyrs, he added.

Bitta said that the government should adhere to the Supreme Court verdict on hanging Guru.

Guru, a resident of Sopore in the Kashmir Valley, was found guilty of plotting the parliament attack and was sentenced to death by a trial court in December 2002. The Delhi High Court confirmed his death penalty in October 2003.

The Supreme Court upheld the capital punishment given to him for his role in the attack. Guru's wife, Tabassum, filed a mercy petition before the president after the apex court's verdict.

As per the laid down procedure, the president sought the home ministry's views on the mercy petition in 2005.

With the home ministry recommending that the plea be rejected, it is now up to the president to take a call on the fate of Guru, exercising her powers under the constitution.

Muslim terrorists attacked Indian Parliament on 13-12-2001. Attack started after 40 minute after LS and RS was adjourned. Paki affiliated LeT and JeM muslim terrorists came in a car with Home ministry and Parliament labels. PM Vajpayee and Sonia Gandhi had already left. Home minister L K Advani and MoS Defence Harin Pathak, and many MPs were in the building. This information was available to the muslim attackers. Muslim terrorists slammed their vehicle into the one of the parked car and began firing their weapons. Ms Kamlesh Kumari first spotted them. VP`s guards and security shot back at terrorists and closed the gates. One suicide wested gunman, was shot dead, and the vest exploded. 4 terrorists were killed, 5 policemen, a guard, and a gardener were killed, and 18 injured. Sonia calls Vajpayee to see whether he was killed and says it shows that democracy is alive or something like that.Like Manmohan an Egyptian belly dancer will be our next PM through the RS in the future. bit.ly/gD7Pjh,

Afzal Guru was not hanged due to the fact that the parliament attack was an international conspiracy by Pope’s OPUS DEI and ISI. It was like the murder of Lal Bahadur Sastry by poisoning by ISI, KGB. The poisoned Sastry’s body was deep blue and yet no autopsy was conducted. Sastry was murdered to bring in Indira to power. Parliament attack idea was originated outside India and the only person who was aware of it was Sonia Gandhi who was conveniently absent in the parliament, during the attack. The parliament attack conspirators passed on the details to the idiotic muslim terrorists of India. Also Sonia before marriage worked for ISI in London and thus Pakis sponsored the attack for her. bit.ly/hehgBM , bit.ly/cBtkOK, bit.ly/8ZsIcK, bit.ly/atHBT2, bit.ly/8ZsIcK, bit.ly/cgijjA, bit.ly/brFf3b , bit.ly/aIygLg, scr.bi/9SAsNs, bit.ly/dsB6fn, bit.ly/d4kH2Z, bit.ly/dz0lBX, bit.ly/9ByskN, bit.ly/8ZsIcK, bit.ly/9HFfSD, bit.ly/dcgIAW, bit.ly/aQ4NwS,

Government wants to be in good books with all countries but there children are succumbing to terrorists and plotters.Mercy should be shown, no doubt but not to the un-repenting type of rogues who are holding the country to ransom. One rogue kills so many here in INDIA but he is shown mercy or let off by skills of our lawyers and great politicians.Common man, you will never get justice as long as the Laws in India are not changed.
