New Delhi: Delhiites experienced a hot and
humid day today after enjoying rains for nearly a week with
the maximum temperature hovering around 35 degree Celsius.
Humidity was high in the national capital, oscillating
between 58 and 92 per cent, while the maximum temperature was
recorded at 35.6 degree Celsius, which is two degrees above
normal at this time of the season.
The minimum was recorded at 27.4 degree Celsius, which is
also two degree above normal, MeT officials said.
The weatherman has predicted partly cloudy sky with
possibility of thundery development in some areas tomorrow and
said the maximum and minimum temperature will hover around 36
and 27 degree Celsius, respectively.
The capital had been receiving heavy rains for the past
few days.
