New Delhi: Humid conditions prevailed in the national Capital on Tuesday even as the minimum temperature settled at 28.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above normal.
According to a MeT official, the humidity level recorded till 8:30 AM was 50 per cent.
The mercury, however, is expected to soar with the maximum tipped to touch 39 degrees Celsius.
Weatherman has predicted partially cloudy skies with thundry conditions likely in some parts of the city.
"There is very less possibility of rainfall" an official said.
The maximum temperature was yesterday recorded at 39 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27 degrees Celsius, one notch below normal.
