KMC sexual harassment case: DUSU threatens stir

Delhi University Students` Union on Friday threatened to agitate against the "lack of action" by Kirori Mal College in an alleged case of sexual harassment involving two professors.

by Kirori Mal College in an alleged case of sexual harassment
involving two professors.
"Nearly two weeks have passed since two girls of
Kirori Mal College of Delhi University complained of sexual
harassment against two professors of their college. But so far
no action has been taken. If no proper action will be taken we
will agitate," said a DUSU office bearer.

On March 3, two girls of Kirori Mal College filed a
complaint of sexual harassment against two professors of Urdu
department, Professor Saba Karim and Khaif.
"But even after the formal complaints, nothing has
been done," the office bearer said.

When contacted, a DU officer said, "I have no idea
about the case."
