Light showers expected in Delhi

New Delhi: The national capital could see pleasant weather on Saturday with met officials forecasting cloudy skies and light rain by evening.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 37 degrees Celsius, four notches below the average for this time of the year.

The skies could turn cloudy with the possibility of thunderstorms and rain later in the evening, an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The minimum temperature would hovering around 23.6 degrees Celsius, one notch below the average.

The city Friday recorded a maximum temperature of 39 degrees Celsius.
