New Delhi: Three-year-old Jahnvi, who had been missing for a week, had chocolates and mango juice after reuniting with her parents.
As per reports, chocolates and Frooti mango juice are among her favourite snacks.
He father Rajesh Ahuja, a part-time photographer, was quoted by a news channel as saying that the moment she saw them she started crying.
He also said that the child was fine and was eating well and was sleeping soundly. He added that Jahnvi, who was enrolled in a play school two months back, had shown no signs of stress.
At the same time he also informed that they had not asked her as to where she was and with whom and what she had eaten as they didn't want to unnecessarily stress her. They would wait for a few days before quizzing her.
Jahnvi, whose missing person report was registered in Tilak Marg police station, was found missing around 9.15 pm September 28 from India Gate where she had gone with her parents.
Delhi Police's three top units - the crime branch, the special cell and the cyber cell – had been assisting the district police to find the child.
The girl's kin had also taken the help of social media platforms like Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook to help find Jahnvi.
She was found on Sunday night in Delhi's Janakpuri area after a college student spotted her and informed the police. There was a placard hanging around her neck with her name and her uncle's contact number.
Meanwhile, as per reports, Jahnvi has no external or internal injury marks on her body and her medical report is fine.
