More roads collapse in Delhi

Portions of three roads in the national capital caved in today triggering traffic snarls in the localities, police said today.

the localities, police said today.

The first incident was reported from near Motibagh
flyover on Rao Tula Ram Marg while the second took place in
Seelampur.

An RBI van carrying cash was stuck when the road gave
away near Shishganj gurudwara in Chandni Chowk.

Delhi has witnessed several such incidents in recent
weeks. A portion of road measuring around 20 feet between
Nirman Vihar and Shastri Vihar on the busy Vikash Marg
collapsed on September 24 while another stretch from ITO
towards Karkari More caved in the next day.

A portion of Kasturba Gandhi Marg near Connaught Place
caved in on Sunday affecting traffic for some time.
