New Delhi: A four-storeyed building collapsed in Gautampuri area of northeast Delhi in the wee hours of Wednesday in which several people are believed to be trapped.
Though no casualties have been reported in the incident so far, fire brigade officials have rescued at least 15 people so far.
The Delhi Fire Services officials, who began the rescue work shortly after the incident was reported, are said to searching others who might be trapped inside the building.
"Search and rescue operation was launched in earnest. We haven't found any casualties so far. The work is underway," a police official said.
A Delhi Fire Services official said they had received a call at 3.12 am about the collapse following which 10 fire tenders were rushed to the spot
