"ACB is under Delhi Government's vigilance department. The ACB will function the way Principle Secretary of the vigilance department wants. Whoever works in ACB will have to follow the orders of the vigilance department," Sisodia told a news agency.
"Modi ji has not been able to stop corruption, and now they are meddling with the affairs of Delhi ACB. I want ask them why they are trying to ruin Delhi's ACB," he added.
The Delhi Government had yesterday termed the appointment of MK Meena as the Anti-Corruption Branch Chief as 'illegal', and threatened him of legal action over his statement accusing the Arvind Kejriwal-led Government of not transferring the calls, received on their anti-corruption helpline number 1031, to the agency.
Meena, on the other hand, accused the AAP Government of not transferring the calls, received on their anti-corruption helpline number.
According to reports, ACB has also released two new helpline numbers to battle corruption.
