New Delhi: In more twist in the Paras Bhasin death case, his wife Shelly Mittal on Wednesday claimed that Paras had attempted suicide twice before. She has handed over a two-page suicide note to the police.

Shelly has reportedly told the police that both of them had attempted suicide twice before on May 8 and August 27. She claimed that they had jointly written the suicide note on August 27 and blamed her family for forcing her to take such an extreme step.

The 22-yr-old BBA student’s body was found dead near a railway track in East Delhi with his body mutilated. His family says he was being threatened by his wife`s family and alleged that he was murdered.

Shelly and Paras had secretly married in May at Arya Samaj Mandir. Paras’ family alleged that the girl`s father used to threaten Paras to end the relationship, especially after the girl informed her parents about her marriage last month.

Bhasin`s family claimed that the family of Shelly, who stayed in Uttar Pradesh`s Ghaziabad, had been allegedly threatening Bhasin for the past couple of days and killed him because the couple was from different castes and economic backgrounds.
