Posters crop up in Delhi, target AAP govt for spending Rs 525 crores on ads

New Delhi: The poster war is intensifying in Delhi.

Following the Aam Aadmi Party's advertisement and poster blitzkrieg, it is now the turn of fringe group Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena to take pot shots at the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government.

Putting up posters in the city, the group has questioned the functioning of the AAP government and sought to remind it of its poll promises.

“Kejriwal sir, please! Install 15 lakh CCTV cameras instead of spending Rs 525 crores on posters. That would help bring down crime graph,” read the posters put up at several locations.

On Thursday, the AAP government had put up posters across Delhi which read, "Prime Minister Sir, Please, let Delhi government work. Delhi government is working fine."
