New Delhi: Posters questioning the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government's claim of arresting and suspending several officials for their involvement in corruption have reportedly surfaced at various bus stops in the national capital.
Written by 'ek aam Delhi vaasi' (a common Delhi resident), the posters ask the Delhi government to name the 35 officers arrested and 152 suspended for their alleged involvement in corruption as claimed by the party, according to ANI.
Two months after the launch of the anti-corruption helpline, posters by the Delhi government were put across the city which highlighted the success of the helpline.
The Delhi government had claimed in their advertisement that several officers had either been arrested or suspended for their alleged involvement in corruption.
The Bharatiya Janata Party too had earlier asked the Delhi government to release the names of all these officers and put them up on their website.
