New Delhi: Three persons, including a traffic policeman, were injured after they were hit by a speeding truck which was trying to escape prosecution in north Delhi, police said on Monday.
They said a truck bearing a Haryana registration number hit traffic constable Pankaj when he stopped it for checking in Alipur area in north Delhi but Pankaj and his colleague chased the vehicle.
Then the vehicle rammed into a motorcycle injuring two persons, while the driver deserted the truck and managed to escape the spot.
