New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Thursday arrested the principal of Vasant Kunj branch of Ryan International School in connection with the death of a student there.
Apart from the principal, a teacher and three other staff members were also arrested in connection with Divyansh Kakrora's death.
All five were, however, later granted bail by a court.
Divyansh, a Class I student of the Ryan International School, was found dead on January 30.
He reportedly died due to drowning in a water tank under the school's amphitheatre.
The Delhi government had earlier ordered a magisterial probe into the incident.
The police have been questioning school authorities over the student's death.
