New Delhi: In yet another move, which indicates that all is not well within the Delhi unit of the Janata Party (BJP), Sudhanshu Mittal, party’s election cell convenor of the state resigned late Tuesday.

However, no reasons were given by Mittal for the sudden decision

Mittal is said to be close to state unit chief Vijay Goel and was enthrusted with key works ahead of Assembly elections in Delhi.

Reports of internal strife within the Delhi BJP have doing rounds. Many leaders are also said to be annoyed with Goel.

Mittal’s resignation comes a month after Aamir Raza Hussain, who was said to be the Muslim face for the BJP, quit the party.
