New Delhi: Delhi woke up to a sunny but cold morning on Monday with the minimum temperature dipping to 7.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below average for this time of the season, an official said.
"The skies would be mainly clear and sunny during the day. It is expected to be chilly towards evening," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
