New Delhi: A teenager has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police, claiming she was gang-raped in the capital’s upscale Connaught Place area.

The victim claims she was sexually assaulted by two men three days back.

In her testimony, the teenager claimed that she had run away from her home in Gorakhpur following continuing torture by her step mother.

Upon arrival at the New Delhi Railway Station three days back, she was approached by two men.

The duo managed to lure the girl on some pretext and raped her near Scindia House in Connaught Place.

A medical test has confirmed rape.

The police have lodged an FIR at the Barakhamba Road police station and have launched a hunt for the two accused.

However, police sources noted that the victim has changed her statement several times, which have raised a suspicion in investigators’ minds.
