Ghaziabad: Dejected by unemployment, a 25-year-old youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his residence in Sahibabad area here, police said on Saturday.
The body of Pushpender, a B.Tech degree holder, was found hanging by his family members this morning, they said.
Later, however, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
No suicide note has been recovered from the spot.
Police claimed that according to victim`s kin, he was depressed for being unemployed and it must have driven him for the extreme step.
