New Delhi: A visually impaired minor girl was raped allegedly by her former neighbour here at her home, police said on Tuesday.
The accused, Karan Nepali, has been arrested.
The girl was alone at her home in central Delhi last night when the incident took place. The accused fled from the spot after committing the crime. The girl narrated the incident to her mother who reported the matter to police.
The accused used to live in the neighbourhood of the girl but for the past some time, he has been staying in Sarai Rohilla.
