Woman gang-raped by her husband`s friends

Faridabad: A woman has been allegedly gang-raped by two of her husband`s friends here, police said on Friday. "The woman was taken to an isolated place and gang-raped two days ago by two of her husband`s friends while she was on her way back home, after meeting her husband who is currently lodged in Neemka Jail," according to the police official.

The two accused are still at large but an FIR has been lodged against two men identified as Gurdeep Singh and Jageer Singh, police said. The woman met the two friends outside the Jail, who on the pretext of giving her false assurance about her husband`s term, took her to a forested area where they raped her, the police said.
