Bhopal: Ailing tigress, Salma, breathed
her last in the Van Vihar National Park here after battling
against paralysis in one of her hind legs since the last few
days, forest officials said today.
18-year-old Salma, who had suffered paralysis about
four days back, succumbed to it yesterday.
After performing autopsy, the big cat was consigned to
flames in the Van Vihar premises, officials added.
