Aged bears that spent most of their lives constrained behind rusty cages took their first steps of freedom after a Colorado prairie sanctuary and PETA stepped forward to rid them of their plight.
In their younger days, as cubs, the bears were forced to perform entertaining tricks like riding bicycles, etc. at a broken-down Pennsylvania roadside zoo.
Now, after 20 years the furry animals get to realize their dream of being wild and free. They have been released into a wildlife sanctuary where they can live freely and hibernate along with receiving necessary, proper and much-needed veterinary care.
