In order to streamline the requests and serve better, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has launched an online grievance redressal system for the candidates.

New Delhi: In order to streamline the requests and serve better, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has launched an online grievance redressal system for the candidates. 

In the announcement made by IBPS, registration and redressal of the grievance will be done online only and all other modes will be discontinued from April 1.  

Every complaint registered will be assigned a unique complaint number which one can use to track the status. 

A valid email address is required to submit a complaint.

If any candidate intends to register any grievance, he may click on the link under the heading “Candidate Grievance Lodging and Redressal Mechanism” on IBPS official website i.e. www.ibps.in

The IBPS came into existence in 1975 as an autonomous body. It conducts the recruitment process for various banks registered with it. 

Since 2011, the institute has been conducting Common written examination (CWE) the posts of officers and clerks in 29 public sector banks. 

IBPS was declared an independent entity in 1984 by the RBI.
