Madrid: Kaka has revealed that he and Cristiano Ronaldo are striking up an understanding on the pitch and in training they do not mix away from the club very often.
Both stars made headlines this summer when joining Real Madrid and they are expected to strike up a great understanding and lead the club to glory.
That could well happen, but the reserved Kaka will not be going out and about with the more social and outgoing Ronaldo.
"The first days were fantastic because we didn’t even have a linguistic problem and we had met before," the former Milan player told Madrid's official website.
"We are gradually starting to understand each other better both on and off the pitch. We have our own personality and interests, but we have the common goal of leading Real Madrid to victory."
Madrid have been accused of making a slow start after the expectations levels rose with each new signing, but Kaka will only be concerned if they are not playing well later in the campaign.
"I would be concerned if by the end of the season we don't play as we want to, but now building up a team is all that counts," he continued.
"We are starting to enjoy ourselves on the pitch and we must keep on adapting. A few days from now the league tournament will show our level.”
"We want to win every game, but now we must focus on knowing each other better and grasping what the coach demands from us. I hope those concerns disappear soon."
