Kanpur: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav`s election rally scheduled for today in the city was cancelled due to a death in his family.
The rally scheduled at 10 am in the city`s Parade Ground was to be held in support of SP`s Kanpur candidate Surendra Mohan Agrawal.
Agrawal later made the announcement at the venue that due to a death in the chief minister`s family, the rally has been cancelled.
