Bavalia, who contested Parliamentary polls to retain his Rajkot seat, went to vote in Vinchhiya town, wearing a scarf with the Congress election symbol.

The Rajkot BJP unit had urged the district Election Commission to register a case against Bavalia for breaching the Model Code of Conduct.

This is the second complaint filed against Bavalia.

Earlier, BJP`s Jasdan palika president Munnabhai Sojitra had filed a complaint against Bavaliya for threatening to kill him a couple of days ago.
