Goa University cancels two MBBS exams after paper leak

Panaji: The Goa University Monday cancelled
two papers of the final year MBBS following leakage of question papers.

Goa Medical College Dean, V Jindal told reporters here
that the papers of General Medicine-I and General Medicine-II,
were leaked to students prior to the exam.

He said General Medicine-I exam was held yesterday, while
the second one was scheduled today.
The Dean said that the University has initiated a
high-level inquiry into the leakage.
Around 100 students were to answer the paper today, he
said, adding the exams have been re-scheduled and the next
date would be announced soon.
