Palakkad: Distribution of sarees to a large
number of women by a prospective BJP candidate Udaya Bhasker
had landed him in trouble with district collector ordering a
probe into the matter.
Sarees were distributed at a function organised by youth wing
of Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam (SNDP) at an
auditorim here in the morning.When media people arrived at the
scene, Udaya Bhasker stopped supplying sarees and left the

returning officer, to conduct an enquiry and file a report.
