Two people were detained for questioning early Monday and the police are on the lookout for four others who allegedly gangraped a 32-year-old widow in Goa.

Panaji: Two people were detained for questioning early Monday and the police are on the lookout for four others who allegedly gangraped a 32-year-old widow in Goa.

The woman, a domestic help, said in her complaint that she was on her way to home from work late Sunday when she was picked up from Cuncolim. She was taken to a house in Cabo De Rama, a south Goa village about 50 km from here, and then allegedly gangraped.

"We have sent her for medical examination. Two people she has identified have been detained. We are looking out for the others," Deputy Superintendent of Police Umesh Gaonkar told a news agency.
