Hua Hin: SSP Chowrasia carded a topsy-turvy one-over 73 in the final round and slipped seven rungs to sign off tied 40th in the Black Mountain Masters golf tournament on Sunday.
Chowrasia picked up four birdies against a couple of bogeys and a triple bogey to total two-under 286.
The other Indian in fray, Himmat Rai, continued to languish in the bottom half of the leader-board and ended his campaign at tied 63rd.
Rai's two-over 74 in the final round took his overall tally to seven-over 295.
Japan's Tetsuji Hiratsuka (71) defeated Namchoak Tantipokakul (65) of Thailand on the first play-off hole after both ended with totals of 14-under 274.
