Celadna: A roller-coaster even-par 72 left Jyoti Randhawa at the tied 45th spot after the opening round of the Moravia Silesia Open golf tournament.
The seasoned pro managed five birdies against an equal number of bogeys to round off a mixed day at the Prosper Golf Resort.
Randhawa didn't make the best of starts stumbling to back-to-back bogeys on the third and fourth before dropping another shot on the ninth. He had just one birdie to show in the front nine and that came on the eighth hole.
Randhawa's backward journey started with a birdie on the 10th before rounding off his day with three more birdies and a couple of bogeys.
The other Indians in fray, SSP Chowrasia and Shiv Kapur were tied for the 92nd spot after returning identical three-over 75s in their opening rounds.
Argentine Tano Goya led the pack with a 65.
