New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra
Modi today said the 2G spectrum scam would not have taken
place had he been the prime minister.
"Hota hi kyun (Why would it have happened at all)?" Modi
said when asked how he would have tackled the scam had he been
the prime minister.
He was fielding questions at a seminar organised by
India Today media group on "State of states in India".
