Govt or NGOs should take necessary action to find out actual facts behind such incidents. In such cases there should not be interference of concerned Departments because there may be chances to hide the actual facts against the individual or concerned department. Why always the CISF men are make such incidents? Only Yoga is not a solution on stress or such incidents. Give priority to their problems. Let them come out. Here it seems that over burden of the responsibility, lack of facility and more expectation of higher formation or leave might be problems of these men. A very shameful incident who done this and due to why he done this.
