HC rejects Gujarat govt’s plea against minority scholarship

Do ever gujarat people or indians have done any parshalitiy with any students.....!! then why this unbalance system, why this favourism dont our constitution says all are equal i just want to know why....??? if they get scholarship than what about our talent, our hard work, what about our sacrifice of games and enjoyment we did for our studies can anyone tell me why....??? we all are equal and we should give same rights...!!!

As far as Hindus are concerned, there is already reservation system. The major almost 90-95 % beneficiaries are Hindus. Yet some people here object if any benefit is given to minorities. Also. this scheme just gives monetary benefits i.e. if u r able and talented, then only u get this benefit. But in reservation systems, just u have to belong to some caste or tribe and u get direct admission even though u r less able or talented. Come over this double standards.If benefits are for hindus, then its ok, but when even a small/partial benefit is given to minority, u say its vote-bank politics. On other hand try to show that Hindu r most tolerant. Is this ur tolerance level. Come over it. Lets have peaceful nation. We r not pakistan, we r indians, show unity...Its pakis who r destroying their nation by infighting. Think about it..God Bless India and Indians

This policy of giving scholarships only to minorities is a part of UPA governments vote bank politics.This policy should be scrapped to include all the students irrespict of religion.This evil UPA government want to divide India on religion basis.

why only minorities why not others ? there are too many majority people who can`t afford their kids` studies. what about them. I simply can`t understand the central Govt policies. In one hand they are separating the society based upon religion, race and caste by providing extra benefits to them and in the other hand they are claiming themselves as ``secular``. The benefit should be given on the bases of financial ability. Having same financial condition one gets extra benefits and other gets nothing. This creates division in society rather the solving the problem of inequality.

Hindu students whose parents` income is less than Rs.1 lakh do not need any scholarship. Hell with them. This is their country. They can beg thanks to our constitution makers and these worthy judges.
