Rajkot: Three persons here died after
consuming liquor last night, police said today.
Dharmesh Koli(19), Deepak Koli(19) and Lalo Jitu Koli(20)
were found dead in Shyam Nagar area of the city last night,
police said adding that as per primary investigation, the trio
had consumed foreign brand liquor.
"The trio had consumed foreign brand liquor and an empty
bottle of pesticide was found nearby indicating they might
have added pesticide to the liquor," city police commissioner
Geetha Johri said.
Samples of the liquor and empty bottle have been sent to
Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis while the bodies of
the deceased have been sent for post mortem, police added.
