12% hike in DA for Haryana employees

The Haryana government increased the Dearness Allowance for its employees by 12 per cent with effect from July one this year.

Chandigarh: The Haryana government on Saturday
increased the Dearness Allowance for its employees by 12 per
cent with effect from July one this year.

The DA would now be 127 per cent of the basic pay, a
Finance Department spokesman said.
The enhanced DA for the month of November would be paid
in this month`s salary, he said.
The arrears from July to October 2011 would be paid
in the December salary, the spokesman said.
