Chandigarh: A galaxy of political and tinsel
town stalwarts will descend in Haryana to reach out to people
under its aggressive campaign for forthcoming assembly
elections.
BJP state spokesperson, Jagdish Chopra said here today that
party`s national leaders and chief ministers would be mapping
the length and breadth of state.
Accompanying them would be the stars of dream girl Hema
Malini, the cricketer-turned-politician MP Navjot Sidhu, fiery
Vinod Khanna, top gun Shatrughan Sinha and Smriti Iraniwho are
associated with BJP.
Chopra said that the party was working on war footing and
will prove its mettle in the assembly elections.
The national BJP leaders L K Advani, national BJP President
Rajnath Singh, Rajya Sabha opposition leader Arun Jaitley, Lok
Sabha opposition leader Sushma Swaraj, national Vice President
Shanta Kumar and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Shahnawaz Hussain and
Dr Satyanarayan Jatia will also campaign for the October 13
polls to 90 seats in Haryana.
An array of valiant BJP leaders including Gujarat CM
Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Chauhan, Himachal
Pradesh CM Prem Kumar Dhumal, Uttarakhand CM Ramesh Pokhriyal,
Chhattisgarh CM Dr Raman Singh and Karnatake CM Yedurappa
would lend the sporty and aggressive tone to the campaign, he
said.
Various BJP ministers to tour state will be fire brand Laxmi
Kanta Chawla, Master Mohan Lal, Manoranjan Kalia from
Punjab, JP Nadda, Rajiv Bindal from Himachal will participate
in mass contact programmes and reach out even at village
level.
Chopra said that all these leaders are going to dwell
on burning issues related to state and administration in last
five years.
Besides the BJP leaders will take successful examples from
their state to Haryana to tell electorates what good
governance is.
