Hooda better than Modi: Congress leader Hariprasad

Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda is far better than his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi, said a Congress politician on Monday.

Hariprasad was responding to a query at his first press
conference as Haryana Affairs Incharge at the party`s office.

He said that Gujarat and Haryana cannot be compared
as Gujarat has been displaying higher developmental index
since its inception, whereas the Haryana’s progress is a
recent phenomenon.

He said that Haryana’s face has changed only recently and
was developing fast but on the other side Gujarat’s progress
has got nothing to do with Modi.

Hariprasad said that the decision regarding the
re-constitution of State Coordination Committee would soon be
taken in consultation with Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh

Hooda and Pradesh Congress Committee.

He said that as per the decision of Burari conclave of
AICC, state and district level committees would be constituted
for monitoring the implementation of UPA and state government
flagship programmes.

Hariprasad said that the process of appointing chairpersons
of various Boards and corporations was in progress.
