Major reshuffle in Haryana Police

Chandigarh: In a major reshuffle among the top police officials, the Haryana Government on Monday issued transfer and posting orders of 13 IPS and eight State Police officers with immediate effect.

Anil Kumar Rao, IGP, Rohtak Range has been posted as IGP, Crime, Gurgaon with additional charge of IGP, Rohtak Range, an official release said here.

Suman Manjari, IGP, Crime Against Women has been posted as IGP, Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban against a vacant post, the release said.

Maheshwar Dayal, DCP, East and Joint CP, Gurgaon has been posted as Joint CP, headquarters, Gurgaon against a vacant post and Vivek Sharma, Superintendent Police, Rohtak has been posted as Joint Commissioner Police, Crime Gurgaon.

Satender Gupta, Deputy Director, Police Training Centre, Sunaria has been posted as Superintendent Police, CID against a vacant post, it said.

Anil Dhawan, Superintendent Police, Jhajjar has been posted as Superintendent Police, Mewat replacing Sukhbir Singh, who goes as DCP, Ballabhgarh in place of Abhishek Garg.

Garg goes as Superintendent Police, CID against a vacant post. Naazneen Bhasin, DCP, Rural, Ambala has been posted at DCP East, Gurgaon vice Maheshwar Dayal, the release said.

Meanwhile, Hamid Akhtar, Commandant, 1st Battalion Haryana Armed Police, Ambala with additional charge of Superintendent Police, Telecom has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Police, Rural Ambala replacing Naazneen Bhasin.

Vikas Dhankar, Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad has been transferred to Jhajjar with the same designation and Shiv Charan, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad and Sulochna Gajraj, ASP, Rohtak trasnferred in the same post to Kurukshetra.

Among the Haryana State Police officers, Ombir Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police, Narnaul has been posted as Commandant, 1st battalion HAP, Ambala with additional charge of SP, Telecom.
